It was a lovely New York City weekend therefore I headed to the beach.  Took a lovely train ride to Astroland Park, strolled on the boardwalk and proceeded to soak in the sun and sand.  I strolled the beach taking in all the sights and tinking on things along the way.  My mom laid out a blanket for us to rest, drink cool water and have a snack………..I took this opportunity to attempt digging a hole to bury my mom in the sand.  I must report that I did not succeed as the pictures will show.  I started digging by her leg however after a couple of minutes I realized she is too big and it would take me the entire day!  Instead I decided to sit and eat the wonderful chicken snack she brought me.
